Welcome to the incredible Annual Minnesota Muslim Convention, Minnesota's premier gathering of Muslims!

Prepare to be enthralled by a distinguished roster of nationally and locally acclaimed speakers, captivating programs tailored to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, a state-wide Quran Competition, a vibrant and multicultural bazaar, a halal food festival, family-oriented entertainment, an interactive Fun Zone, and many other compelling offerings.

Quran Competition

Under Construction: We Have Exciting News To Share Soon!

This competition promises to be a wonderful celebration of the Quran and a showcase of the remarkable talent and dedication to Islam within our community.

The Quran Competition will assess participants on both memorization and recitation skills, with the following grading criteria:

Memorization (75%)

Participants will be evaluated on their proficiency in memorizing selected Quranic verses. This segment will test the depth of your Quranic knowledge, and we encourage all participants to showcase their memorization prowess.

Recitation (25%)

Recitation is a beautiful art that brings the words of the Quran to life. Participants will be judged on their pronunciation, Tajweed (the rules of Quranic recitation), and the emotional connection conveyed through their recitations.
